Community Update from
The Farmers Market in Pharr Team:

We want to keep our vendors, customers, and community informed regarding the future of our Saturday market.

At this time, the city is currently revising and updating ordinances concerning local markets. Because of this process, temporary permits for markets at city-owned facilities are not being issued at the moment, and we may not receive further updates until sometime toward the end of July.

Markets are still allowed at privately owned businesses and locations, and as the Pharr Farmers Market team, we are actively exploring possible locations so we can continue bringing the market to our community.

We are incredibly thankful for the overwhelming support shown at our recent market festival with over 120+ vendors, live entertainment, and such an amazing turnout from the community. Your support means so much to all of our local vendors, farmers, bakers, artisans, and small businesses.

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through this transition, and we will continue to keep our community updated as we receive more information and explore future opportunities.
