I apologize for taking a little longer to post the plans for the future but I needed to figure out the details.
After much consideration to my schedule, the uncertainty around us and the fluctuating food prices I have decided to change how Green feast works.
instead of daily menus that will no longer be available, I have decided to make a menu of a few items that are always loved and offer those as a ‘made to order’ menu.
To order these item please contact me to check availability.
Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior, for dessert cups - order a week in advance (cups come frozen)
There will be a minimum order except for the items that I always have “in stock”.

🍜 🫙fresh batches of my flavorful broth are always available to upgrade any dish (I cook all my rice, quinoa and grains in it and it simply adds so much flavor) or used as an amazing base for any soup. (I also have people that love the broth so much that they just put noodles in it and eat it as it is!) 1qt for only $5
🍡 🌰🥜🫘my energy rolls are made to order. Dates, nuts/ seeds/ cocoa powder / coconut and other delicious and healthy ingredients. Never added sugar! Never added colors or preservatives!

*Salads:
My salads are unique made with a large variety of vegetables (mostly organic), seeds/nuts, and are served with a homemade dressing.
Minimum order is 2qts - $25 per qt.
*Soups $17 a qt/ bisques $18 a qt - minimum order 3 qts.

~Immune boost bisque:
organic pumpkin, organic butternut squash, organic carrots, organic sweet potatoes, ginger, organic onions, coconut cream cooked in my homemade broth and blended into a thick creamy bisque)
~Green bisque:
organic green peas, organic celery, organic zucchini, organic onions, organic potatoes cooked in my homemade broth and blended into a thick creamy bisque
Corn bisque:
Organic corn, organic onions, organic carrots, organic potatoes organic celery, garlic and coconut cream cooked in my homemade broth and blended into a thick bisque
~ Lentis soup:
a variety of lentils, organic onions, organic carrots, organic celery, organic zucchini, organic potatoes, garlic and more cooked in my homemade broth and blended into a thick soup.
~ Moroccan soup with couscous
Organic zucchini, organic butternut squash, organic carrots, organic celery, organic potatoes cooked, organic onions, organic cabbage, organic sweet potatoes, home cooked chick peas, organic parsley, and more cooked in my homemade broth. Served with 8oz couscous per qt of soup.
~minestrone soup:
Organic tomatoes, organic onions, organic zucchini, organic celery, organic carrots, home cooked beans, organic spinach, organic green beans, organic basil, organic oregano and more cooked in my homemade broth.
~Thai curry soup:
organic onions, organic zucchini, organic celery, bean sprouts, organic carrots, snow peas and more cooked in my homemade broth with traditional spices and coconut cream.
~vegetable soup:
Organic onions, organic zucchini, organic carrots, organic peas, organic corn, organic celery, organic green beans, organic celery, organic potatoes, organic beets, organic sweet potatoes, organic butternut squash, and more cooked in my homemade broth.

~braided pastry: puff pastry filled with organic greens, organic onions, garlic, mushrooms and my. Homemade cashew cheese. Braided into a beautiful and delicious pastry and topped with sesame and poppy seeds.
Minimum 2 braids - $26 per braid
~swirls - puff pastry swirls filled with organic greens, organic onions, garlic and my homemade cashew cheese topped with sesame and poppy seeds
Minimum 2 sheets of pastry (around 28-32 swirls) $24 per sheet
~bourekas
Puff pastry triangles filled with one of these options:
>Organic greens, organic onions, garlic
>Homemade cashew cheese with herbs
>Mashed organic potatoes with sautéed organic onions
Minimum 8 bourekas - $24 per 4 bourekas
~designed focaccia
Beautiful homemade focaccia decorated with (mostly) organic vegetables and herbs. This is as beautiful as it’s delicious.
Option to have a theme decoration is a possibility
Minimum 2 Focaccias- $25 per focaccia
*Desserts in cups
Most desserts are dairy free (sometimes the decoration isn’t)- if you need/want it dairy free - please specify when you order.
$65 - 12 cups. Minimum 12 cups per flavor.
