We start with a whole lamb and after some old fashioned butchery we cut it into all the selected parts. The most in demand sections are the legs and the Racks. We’ll cut the racks off and fancy them into Frenched and oven ready. Today we delivered 6 Frenched racks to a customer for their family’s Easter dinner. We took delivery of the Soring Lambs and Kid Goats that were previously ordered and started preparing them for our customers. We only have 1 of each available for sale if you or someone you know would like one.

Please place your Easter orders as soon as possible. Today we made a limited amount of Easter Sausage also known as Lamb Chevalatta. We also make Lamb Rosemary Garlic Sausage all year long.
If you or anyone you know keeps the tradition of having a Baby Spring Lamb or Kid Goats for Easter Dinner please have them call us to order before Tuesday. We will be bringing in preorders only. We may not have any available for walk-ins.

Wel then stop in for some great Tailgating items.
Beef Plate Ribs perfect for the grill, nice meaty. Some T-bones or sausages would complement them perfectly. We’ll be open at 8:30 tomorrow morning so you will have plenty of time to prepare them. Remember, we’re only 23 blocks to the stadium, extremely convenient on your way to the Bank!
