Hello and Welcome I'm Colonel C.A Maxwell and I run Combat Kitchen along with my wife Lieutenant Colonel C.L Maxwell. We run a tight kitchen and we are here to cater any event no matter how big or small. Birthdays, Family Reunions, Church Events and more. We need at least a month and a half (1 1/2) notice and deposits are due one week after a menu agreement is reached. When you reach us please hav

start time
length of the event
how many guests are expected to come
budget (how much per person are you willing to spend)
How many adults and children(14 and under)

From September thru May we do only weekend events. June thru August we have are open 7 days a week.

all pizza's are made with onions red and green peppers mozzarella cheese and cedar cheese blends. We are not fixed on our recipes here at Ludestar. so if you want us to make something special just let us know.
