Our pasta is slow dried in Puglia, imported by our family, and brought all the way from Italy to our shelves in South Philly. It makes a simple bowl of pasta taste like something you’d sit down to with family.

We don’t just sell it because it looks good on the shelf. We bring it in because it’s the kind of pasta we’d put on our own table.

Stop in, grab a bag, and taste. The Claudio Difference.

This is what Claudio is all about.

Thank you, Laura & Nicholas, for the beautiful note and for letting us be part of such a special moment. It means so much to know Claudio has become part of your weekly tradition on 9th Street.

For us, it’s always been more than food — it’s family, tradition, and bringing something special to your table.

From our family to yours, thank you.

The Claudio Difference.

Happy National Cheese Day from all of us at Claudio Specialty Foods

Cheese has always been more than just something we sell. It’s part of our family, our story, and our tradition. For generations, Claudio has been built on hard work, quality, and the people who have walked through our doors year after year.

This picture means a lot because it shows where we come from family, tradition, and a love for what we do every single day.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Claudio Specialty Foods and keep this tradition alive.

Here’s what to actually look for when buying authentic D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes:

1. Official D.O.P. certification
2. Product of Italy
3. Agro Sarnese-Nocerino region
4. Consortium seals

In the Italian food world, details matter.
The soil.
The region.
The certification.
The tradition.

That’s why Claudio Specialty Foods has always carried authentic D.O.P.
