Farmer Rachel herself will be joining us too! Rachel has a Masters in Sustainable Food Systems and has worked in various aspects of the local food system including organic farming and community & school garden education.

Come and break the heat and dance into the summer with us this week a the point breeze market.

will be holding a children’s movement class from 4 to 6pm at the pocket park at Sears st.

will be holding another bachata in the street lesson and overall throw down at 5pm. She’ll be on the north side of the market - just follow the music. She also hosts a weekly class every Friday as well!

An action packed day. Bees were swarming, looking for a spot for a new hive in the june berry trees on Point Breeze Ave. Called Rich Hiltner , our #1 honey man, who came down to collect our bee neighbors and take them to his own bee hotel upstate. They’re out of our hair and now will supply our market with the sweet sweet stuff Rich brings. Hooray Bees! Hooray honey! Hooray Rich! Now that’s what I call local.
