Co-op Curbside Café is the first step to start small and grow from here. We are dedicated to using locally produced ingredients and creating a social gathering space to meet your neighbors.

Joins us tonight, Thursday, April 23 for this month’s Community Dinner with Chef and Co-op board member Leah Guadagnoli of Fancy Feast Supper Club.

She’s making two types of lasagna: bolognese & ramp pesto with spinach, a very nice salad, and sourdough focaccia. Noodles made from scratch 🤌🏼…. vegetarian & gluten free options available.

Suggested donation: $15 per person. Our goal is to fundraise $1,000 to help us Keep the Lights On.

A special thanks to Grimaldi Farms Common Hands Farm (make sure to join their epic CSA!) & Retrograss Farms for their contributions.

Welcome Spring and warmth. Coop Open 9-5, Thursday - Saturday. Heather is baking. Plenty of products. The next Community Meal is next Thursday the 23rd. Leah Guadagnoli is making lasagna . It will no doubt be delicious. 4-7pm. Bring containers and definately stay awhile. Donations welcome. See you all soon. Sparrowbush fresh on Friday. And Lightforce Bakery also making deliveries. Yay!! Groovin.

Good Morning, it's Saturday. Coop is open from 9-5 today. We have wonderful news, Lightforce Bakery is selling their bread and other delicious items at the Coop. It's great to have them back. Heather is baking and making breakfast sandwiches. She and Jim are making sticky buns and the coffee is brewing. Sparrowbush bread as well. Come on over, it looks to be a beautiful day.

Coop is open today. Come on in for treats and hot food. Coffee and muffins, blackberry gluten-free scones, blackberry corn muffins, soup and dairy. Apples and Pears just delivered.
Ramen Night is now finished. Thanks to Tyler Robbins and all the friends who came to share delicious dinners. Community Meal date will be coming up for April. Will post soon. See you.

It's already Saturday afternoon, but plenty of treats, and good food to take home for the weekend. Sparrowbush. Heather's muffins and scones. Gluten free - and delicious. Coffee. Grab some Common Hands Farm Sprouts for your salad tonight. You can just catch Minerva and her tex-me dishes. Or call up and reserve a burrito before she leaves at 3pm. Coop open until 5pm.

The Philmont Cooperative's Shared Community Commercial Kitchen currently has an immediate opening for an Anchor Producer.

TIER I - “LET’S GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD”
35 hours/week at $1,500/month

TIER 2 - “JUST DIPPING MY TOES”
20 hours/week at $1,000/month

Covers one prep table, up to two staff members working at a time, and one shelf of cooler, freezer, and dry storage.

Additional hours, staffing, and storage are available at an increased rate depending on usage.

Friday afternoon. Sparrowbush Bread is delivered. Turkey Focaccia sandwiches , also vegetarian sandwiches with Common Hands FarmSprouts and arugula and Morning Pine Acres, hummus. Almond and Pear Muffins, scones, coffee and drinks. Dairy's in.
Tonight Is RAMEN NIGHT. 5-8pm. bring bowls or to-go containers if you can. See you.

Saturday - Minerva's in the kitchen making chipotle chicken burritos, beef and veg burritos. Sour cream. Leah made a "cerviche" without fish - delightful with your burrito. Heather made a gorgeous gluten free plum cake. Meyers lemons and banana bread. Brought some over to our friends at the Post Office. Lemons are great with some of our honey if you happen to have the cold, cough thats lingering with this weather. That's it for the health post. Have a great day. Open till 5pm. You can always call ahead for a burrito etc. Minerva's cleaning up by 2:45.
