Albright Farms We grow and raise beef, chicken, pork, eggs, flowers, vegetables, & Thanksgiving turkeys. We believe in farming responsibly.

We live on the land we farm, and eat what we grow. We strive to grow a quality product while taking care of the land we grow it on. We plan to preserve it for the next generation, leaving the land in better condition than when we came.

lWe were saddened to hear that Sho Nuf Turkeys will no longer be selling to the public. We know they have been part of many families' Thanksgiving traditions over the years, and we understand how important it is to find a locally raised turkey for your holiday table.

If you're looking for a new local farm to purchase your Thanksgiving turkey from, Albright Farms would love to help! For generations, our family farm has been raising turkeys right here in Maryland. We take pride in offering farm fresh, never frozen turkeys that families can enjoy around their Thanksgiving tables.

In addition to our fresh whole turkeys, we also offer:

Turkey stock

To make Thanksgiving shopping convenient for our Howard County neighbors, we will have two local pickup locations:

We’re set up and ready for you at the Fell’s Point Farmers Market! Come out and see us today to stock up on everything you need for the week ahead. We have plenty of fresh seasonal vegetables, farm fresh eggs, locally raised meats, and more waiting for you!

Looking for a delicious way to enjoy all those fresh fall vegetables? We've got the perfect recipe! Farm Fresh Maple Roasted Fall Vegetables

This easy recipe brings together some of our favorite fall vegetables with a touch of maple sweetness. It's perfect for a cozy family dinner or as a side dish for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary or thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. Wash and chop all your vegetables into similar-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on one or two baking sheets.
5. Roast for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
