It is much too hot for you to be smoking this weekend so I did the work for you, the best ribs, smoked pork chops and salmon in the Upstate! Making smoked salmon dip today as well, my famous cheesecakes are just out of the oven!
I have the absolute best baby back ribs in the business for you to smoke reg $20.00 a rack, this weekend only $16.00!

I am loaded up with all beef jumbo hot dogs, blend patties with brisket, shortrib and chuck, burnt end sausages, Italian sausage, andouille and I just made ham and cheddar quiche! Making key lime pies tomorrow, get orders in!

Let's go tomorrow! Rain forecast kept everyone away today, tomorrow is going to be perfect for grilling and I have ribeyes, filets and lobster tails to sell discounted $5.00lb. Everyone knows prime beef is high and I am $10.00 a pound less than any butcher shop in Greenville, guaranteed!
