We will be closed Wednesday December 24th- Friday 26th. We will reopen Monday December 29th and 30th. We will be closed Wednesday December 31st and January 1st. we will reopen Friday January 2nd.

We will be back to normal business operations after January 2nd Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.

Thank you to all our customers for a successful deer season. All the deer are completed and ready for pick up. If we haven't called you, please call us to make sure we have your correct number. 417-476-5451.
We are scheduling beef and pork for all of 2026. Please call and get your dates. We are booked around 3-4 months out currently for pork and 2-3 months for beef.

We will open for Youth Deer weekend. Saturday November 1st 8am to 8pm and Sunday November 2nd 8am to 7pm.
Just a reminder we only take whole deer with the hide on. You can remove the head if you would like but no caped deer. You can also remove horns before dropping off. We also accept clean deboned deer. Preferably in zip top bags not in trash bags. Also please no ice directly in contact with deer meat. Thank you. We will have limited phones that day. Please pull around to the back of building to drop off. We are not participating in the Share the Harvest Program this year. Thank you.
