Hello Everyone! As of last week December 11th all Volusia County Fair & Youth Show animals have been processed and all Hides that were asked to be preserved were taken to the tannery last week also. Everyone should have been notified about pick up, Friday the 19th is our last day open for the year before Holiday Break. Please plan accordingly to pick up!

I frequently get asked, how to cook fresh pork bacon/pork belly since we don’t do curing or smoking. Here is a great way to cook it! “Chicharron” its a must try!!!!

As our busy season has arrived we can no longer take in venison or wild game for processing. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes for our clients.
In doing research I came across a processor near us Strickland's Processing. I contacted the owner and he is open to new clients. ☺️ hope everyone enjoys your remaining 2025 hunting season!

FAQ-
⭐️Venison/wild game processing? Only for the month of October will we be doing the wild game. 🦌 please bring Quartered in a cooler(that doesn’t leak) with ice. No processing December or November until after the new year.
