Cavalier Farm has been a vender at the Blacksburg Market since 1996, making us one of the longest term venders at 20 yrs. We are in the Health business : creating healthy customers & healthy livestock & produce by providing a safe, healthy and affordable food supply. Cavalier Farm only uses ANIMAL WELFARE APPROVED (AWA) Processing houses for the well being of our animals. We also heal the earth by promoting ecologically sound farming practices! Cavalier Farm offers a variety of Meats, including our famous GrassFed/GrassFinished Beef, Pastured Pork and Chicken and Pastured Brown Eggs. Our signature items are our Choice Grade Steaks, and We are the 1st to offer Smoked Pork Bacon, and other smoked pork products which are yummy! We also offer fresh, all naturally grown produce from our garden plots during the spring, summer, fall and winter months and bedding plants in spring. Specialty jams/jellies, pickles, peanut butter, almond butter and baked goods from our CERTIFIED KITCHEN are available year round. We are adding more hives to our honey bees and offer apples and peaches, pears from the WADES LOCAL ORCHARD . Bruce offers his handmade Christmas Wreaths and swags/garlands during the winter months.
