Looking for a higher quality beef than what you see in the stores? Look no further! We have been working closely with Ryan from Spring Lake Farms to bring some of the finest beef in the area to the local community. This grain-fed angus beef easily compares with American Wagyu and similar beef that can be found in higher end restaurants in Chicago or Milwaukee! This beef is currently at $6.50/lb on the hanging weight which includes the cost of meat and processing fees. Our turnaround time is speedy fast! They are coming in on 6/2... Receive your meat back as soon as 6/12!

We adhere to strict humane handling & care of animals from the moment they arrive. We also follow food safety protocol until the moment the meat leaves. We do our best to produce each order with this in mind... "how would I want this to look if I were receiving it?"

Usually when first timers walk in, the first question is, where’s the show room?! And the answer is… you’re standing in it! Historically, we’ve been a family owned custom processor. We’ve made do with the blueprint we have to fill the demand for local meat!

No, we don’t have a fresh meat case. We know it’s not ideal because if we were in your shoes, we’d want to see what we’re buying too. However, we do have a team ready to serve you in fulfilling your grocery needs! In the back our shop is a freezer full of freshly frozen beef & pork. All locally raised & humanely handled!

The most convenient way for our customers to order is online, call, email or text. We will pack it and let you know when it’s ready for pick up! This eliminates any wait while we retrieve your goods.

Our hope is for a retail space in the near future!

Wanting to know where your meat comes from? Look no further. Since Niemuth's & Stoneridge closed down, we decided to spend more time & energy filling our freezer with clean & local meats. All our beef & pork is sourced from local farmers.

We sell single packages of meat from ground beef, chicken breast, pork chops, steaks, and more. We also sell a variety of butcher box bundles catered to busy families, steak lovers, and chicken mains! These are discounted at 10%. Buy a pound of ground beef and love it? We have quarters and halves of beef as well as half or whole pigs to stock your freezer. Waiting for weeks to stock your freezer? We can schedule animals as soon as next week for a 2-3 week turn around! Find our snack sticks, summer sausage, bacon, and fresh eggs in our shop too!

With the summer approaching, we are dreaming of grilling out! What's more fun than smashing beef balls onto the smokin' hot griddle for a crispy & juicy burger?! We brought in a quarter of grain-fed angus from Spring Lake Farms who raises excellent angus beef that is comparable to prime beef from the grocery store. (We like to think local is always better). From this quarter we have Ribeye, NY Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Smash Balls, and one Brisket! These products are limited in quantity. Add these items to your grocery list for a special occasion!
