I don’t use 100% local food at my private chef’s experiences and pop ups for a marketing ploy.
I don’t purchase only from locally owned stores because I want it to look good.
I don’t do free forging walks to compete with anyone.
I’m not writing a book because it will make me “that guy”.
 I don’t serve foraged foods because it’s cool or different.
I do these things, because it’s the right thing to do.
Because at the end of the day, the people, my neighbors, this earth, and health is what matters.
I do it because at the end of the day I want people to see there is a better way of living .
I do these things simply because it’s who I am as a person
