Guillory's Specialty Meats Local meat market specialized in fresh cut, smoked, seasoned, and stuffed meats.

We are a meat market handling both standard cuts of meat as well as grilling steaks, fresh fryers, fresh boneless breasts, and steaks cut fresh not prepackaged. We have a deli serving plate lunches Monday through Friday, as well as pork and beef BBQ sandwiches, boudin, jalapeño smoked boudin and cracklings daily. We also have a large assortment of smoked meats: assorted sausages, andouille, Tasso

, slab bacon, and assorted sausages. We have specialty meats including boneless stuffed fryers, stuffed pork chops, pork tenderloins, assorted specialties with different meats and vegetables.

We are looking for kitchen employees as well as meat department. We are also seeking a afternoon person for cleaning and icing as well as packaging.

Kitchen duties include both short order and catering orders. Candidate must be able to read and follow instructions and complete daily tasks in a timely fashion. He/she will be expected to complete tasks independently as well as work along with others as a team to complete larger jobs.

We take pride in quality while completing in a timely fashion. Applicants must be able to follow instructions and recipes without deviation.

Meat department is seeking an employee to make and hang sausage as well as learn day to day operations of the business. It is a busy position especially this time of year as we process game and are in our peak season.l for meat sales as well.

We are also seeking an afternoon and Saturday person to assist cleaning and rotating game coolers, icing, cleaning, etc.

Applicant must have transportation and be able to work hours of operation including Saturdays and evenings.

We will be processing, keep in mind, this is very much seasonal, so we do our best to keep things running smooth, but please be patient. We are going through same problems as others and can’t hire just anyone to fill the positions or come in temporary to do some of the things we do.

We aren’t going to sacrifice quality for numbers.
