We are booking cows or pigs for May and June! If you want fresh homegrown meat but don’t raise your own, there are several ranchers in East and West Carroll that can fix you up! Just let us know! 318-418-7470

All of April is booked. We are now booking May! We hang your beef halves at a controlled temperature for 17 days before cutting to assure the best quality meat. If you don't raise your own, we can help get you in touch with a rancher that can sell you a whole or half beef for your freezer.

BOOKING UPDATE: March 2025 is now available for Friday appointments because it has been changed to April being booked completely full. February 2025 is filling up fast. Call Steward Processing 318-418-7470 to book if you need to get one on the schedule. If noone answers leave a message and we will call you back. Beef $1.00lb hanging weight and $70 kill fee. All vacuum sealed. We also use a vacuum stuffer on all ground meat that gets additional air out of the meat itself to ensure freshness. (Hogs can be booked also!)

Update: All of November is now full! We are continuing booking in December and January now. Thank you!
