Goooood morning! It's a perfect chilly day for the Market, and I really missed y'all last week. Today I have a small but mighty stock. I have sourdough, cranberry sourdough, and French bread. The sourdough boules decided to tuck into themselves in this cool weather, so they came out a bit smaller than usual. For this, I've marked them down to $5 and $6 this morning!

This is the first of the last three days of the market season here in Pittsburg, but bread is always in season at my place. I am taking custom and holiday orders! and the menu and order form will be available later this week. If you've enjoyed fresh baked bread with your loved ones this market season, don't let your good times stop with the frost!

Good morning y'all! I have my momma here to help me feed you today. We have jalapeño & chive sourdough, regular sourdough, French bread, French Baguettes, and... APPLE PIE cinnamon rolls! I rolled them out to my testing crew last night and I'd say they got a pretty positive response. You've gotta try these! We'll be here until noon. Come see us!

I'm out here with my brand new display and ready to serve you some goodies! This week I have your sun dried tomato sourdough, regular sourdough, French bread, French Baguettes, and fresh baked this morning jumbo cinnamon rolls! Come see me! I'll be here at the until noon!

Your second surprise menu item is French bread! These loaves were so much fun to make, and made my apartment smell heavenly.

Y'all I am SO excited to see you tomorrow! Last loaves are out of the oven, but before this tired college baker heads to bed, I wanted to share ONE of TWO surprise menu items I'll have for you tomorrow!

BAGUETTES!

I don't know about y'all, but as someone whose soulmate is carbs, bite sized pieces of bread seem a little magical. Plus with the hint of cooler weather, you can bring some of these babes home to enjoy with a warm bowl of vegetable beef stew, or alongside your favorite pasta dish for maximum carb utilization (yeah, science). Mmmm doesn't that sound like September?

Hey friends! Sorry I missed ya at the market this week, but thank you for letting me take a Saturday off to focus on schoolwork. I'm excited to be back though, and as a thank you I'm making another round of the meatless muffuletta sourdough! Next weekend I will have double the amount of muffuletta sourdough since I sold out before some of you had the chance to try. So come hungry and eager for an explosion of flavors! I will be repeating the menu from last week, with the possibility of a surprise addition. We'll see what happens. Thank you again for your support and understanding, and I can't wait to see you next week!
