At Handmade Pasta by Yvonne, our mission is to produce handmade artisanal pasta for every person and to deliver a product of consistent high quality. Jim and Yvonne Hennigan, the owners of Handmade Pasta by Yvonne, visited and lived in Italy for over twenty years, and during that time they developed a passion for pasta through the art of cooking classes and fine dining. The pasta is individually

made by Yvonne with fresh eggs, semolina, all purpose flour, olive oil, water, with vegetables , herbs , and for black pasta, squid ink. Choice of PASTA fettuccini are: Plain white, Spinach, Basil, Tomato, Tomato, Basil, Black Pepper, Hot Red Pepper, & Black Squid Ink. For full list of pasta flavors, check out our website!
