We will be closed Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28 For the Thanksgiving holiday. We will be open at 9am Saturday for normal business hours. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Hunterdon Deer Butcher will open Saturday September 13th at 8am for the 2025-2026 season.

NO BULK GRINDING. You get your deer back!

We except deer for the HUNTERS HELPING THE HUNGRY program free of charge over 50 pounds. Fawns under 50 pounds will cost $50.00 to donate.

September & October:
Monday - Saturday: 8am - 9pm
Sunday: 8am - 8pm

November - February:
Monday - Saturday: 9am - 8pm
CLOSED SUNDAY

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY DEER WITHOUT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND LICENSE NUMBER.

We CANNOT accept ANY out of state deer, if you hunt outside of New Jersey you can only bring us boneless meat in order for us to process.
