🌞 Is it finally safe to put away our rain dances? We sure hope so!

Join us next Wednesday, June 3, from 4–7 PM for another great day at the Plainfield Chamber Farmers' Market! The forecast is looking beautiful, and we're ready to enjoy some sunshine, local shopping, fresh food, and community fun.

🎵 Enjoy live music from Justin Monts Music as you browse the market.

🧘‍♀️ Hendricks County Senior Services will be onsite offering Chair Yoga demonstrations—a great way to stay active and learn about local wellness opportunities.

🚧 INDOT will also be joining us to gather community feedback and conduct surveys related to the upcoming US 40 project. Stop by their booth to learn more and share your thoughts.

Come stock up on farm-fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, meats, artisan creations, and so much more from your favorite local vendors.

Indiana weather certainly kept us on our toes yesterday. Just before the market began, heavy rain rolled through leaving behind puddles, mud, and a few unexpected challenges. We were a little lighter on vendors and had to make some quick adjustments with parking and setup, but what happened after the storm passed was pretty special. ☀️

As the sun came out and the evening turned absolutely beautiful, the lawn quickly filled with laughter, dancing children, neighbors gathering together, and even vendors splashing through puddles and making the best of the chaos. One of the most heartwarming parts of the evening was watching our vendors jump in to help one another when a few became stuck in the mud. That sense of community and teamwork is exactly what makes this market so special.

Thank you to our incredible vendors, sponsors, and everyone who still came out to shop, eat, and support local despite the weather. Nights like this remind us that sometimes the messy moments turn into the most memorable ones. We appreciate all of you more than you know! 🌦️

Rain or shine, the Plainfield Chamber Farmers’ Market is ON for this evening!

We had an incredible opening week last Wednesday, and we’re excited to welcome everyone back out for another great market evening. While there’s still going to be rain, things are always shifting, and our vendors, food trucks, activities, and live music are all set for tonight from 4–7 PM. If things progress and we have to make a different decision, it will be posted here.

Apparently Mother Nature thinks our Farmers’ Market is a water park this year… but we’re not letting a little rain spoil the fun!

Join us tomorrow at the Plainfield Chamber of Commerce Farmers’ Market from 4–7 PM on the lawn at the Friends Meeting House! The forecast may be wet again, but our vendors are bringing the sunshine with fresh produce, baked goods, flowers, handmade items, local meats, sweet treats, and more. 🌻

As always, we are rain or shine unless there is lightning or high winds — so grab your umbrella, rain boots, and maybe start practicing those anti-rain dances tonight. 💃☔

We continue to be so thankful for our amazing vendors and community for rolling with the weather these first couple weeks of the season. Better days (and dry Wednesdays 😅) are ahead!

WOW — thank you for the incredible turnout at our very first Plainfield Chamber Farmers’ Market of the season! 🌿☀️

Despite a little wet weather, our community showed up in a BIG way, and we are so grateful for the support. We heard wonderful feedback all evening about the amazing variety of vendors, fresh produce, beautiful blooms, delicious baked goods, and incredibly creative artisan crafts.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to all of our vendors for braving the weather, bringing your best, and helping create such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our community. Your hard work, talent, and passion are what make this market so special each week. 💚

The forecast is looking up, the rain is expected to clear out a couple hours before Market time, and honestly… 61° sounds pretty perfect for strolling the sidewalks with a coffee (or iced beverage, after all, 60's in Indiana isn't that cold!), fresh baked goodies, and shopping local. 😉

Our vendors will be ready, the music will be awesome, the petting zoo and activities will be waiting — and we can’t wait to kick off another amazing season with you tonight from 4–7 PM at the Plainfield Friends Church!

The countdown is ON! 🌿✨ The Plainfield Farmers Market returns Wednesday, May 20th, and we are so excited for another amazing season!

Below you will find our 2026 vendor list so you can start planning your Wednesdays with us! From fresh produce and baked goods to handmade items, meats, flowers, sweet treats, and more — we have an incredible lineup of returning favorites and new vendors joining us this year. We will be uploading a map with parking information soon as well!
