Good morning my Royal friends! What a bittersweet day for me as I say goodbye after 21 years of serving you!! I have accepted a new position that works out best for me and my family. So much has happened during those years. So much more than just ā€œselling groceriesā€™. 3 owners. Laura retiring after 31 years! Watching you get married, have babies, and see those babies graduate. Iā€™ve laughed at your jokes, and listened when you needed an ear. You taught me patience and showed me kindness. I remember helping an elderly gentleman shop after the loss of his wife. He would come in with a list, find me and together we walked the aisles finding the items he needed. He didnā€™t need my help as much as he needed me to listen to the stories of the beautiful life and love he shared with her and how lost he was without her. The friendships made to worried elderly people as I delivered to them during COVID. Numerous employees who werenā€™t just coworkers, they became my friends!! The thousands of suckers given to the kids!! The miles put on those little carts! The list goes on. You have become like family to me, Iā€™m going to miss you, and it has been an honor serving you!! God Speed my friendsā€¦..and Ill see ya next time!!
