If I could only choose one item from Irene’s Corner, I am going with the Caramel Pecan Rolls! This fluffy cinnamon roll covered with caramel sauce and pecans is unlike nothing else!! If you could only smell my kitchen right now!! The flip after baking is so satisfying!!

Baking up lots of goodies tomorrow! Trialing some “cookie flights”, your chance to try one of each cookie in a larger size!
This week I will have chocolate chip, red velvet, cowboy and monster in the flight. (Maybe one more flavor if I can get it done!

Next week the stand will be closed as I will be baking close to 48 dozen cookies for a wedding!! 👰🤵⛪️.

I try to make as much as I possibly can for the stand each week. I am almost done with school so hoping to stock the stand with some new items that won’t melt when it warms up. Enjoy and thank you so much for supporting my little venture!
