After building my first restaurant I realized very quickly why I was drawn towards that connection… 7 years old white t shirt standing on a stool soaking scali bread loaded with butter into a sauce you thought was amazing because your papa was making it .. add a little pepper here .. little water here he made a sauce that was thin and delicious.. and never told a soul the recipe .. prick !!! I’ve been a stone mason my entire working life 24 years to be accurate.. but nothing makes me happier than food.. simple yet beautiful transaction.. so if your ever in my kitchen and you see a picture of this guy .. he’s never left my mind .. and his secret freakin sauce …. Ahh papa !! This next chapter is for you !! Blessed to be doing this again and more than happy to be doing this with my great friend Joel Salvatore .. a comedian, family man , and old school bad ass for that I am grateful!! We / I can’t wait thank you all the support is amazing !!!
