A customer of ours has asked us a question that I thought everyone should know the answer…
“Do your deli employees have to wear gloves when serving raw, uncooked meat ?”
The answer is NO, per the health department guidelines.
Ready to eat foods can be eaten without being cooked, so we MUST wear gloves at those times.
That being said, if you would prefer us to put gloves on when packaging your uncooked, raw meats, please ask and we will gladly do as you prefer!
