My tomato plants have been happy and producing nicely! That being said... I'm overwhelmed with the darn things! 😆
I have 20 bags of each (cherry tomatoes and medium/large-ish slicing tomatoes) ready to go.

Hello everyone! 👋

Just wanted to give you an update on produce in the greenhouse lately.

I had to tear out all of my spinach about a month ago because I was getting overwhelmed with aphids. Trying to keep everything organic is tough!!! But I'm learning a lot, fixing mistakes, and trying to keep my chin up 😊. More spinach will hopefully be ready in the next couple weeks.

My tomato plants have all been planted in the greenhouse for just shy of a year now. They seemed pretty tired over the last month and haven't produced new tomatoes, but they are looking like they might come out of it again soon. I'm getting new growth and buds so we'll see what happens. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'll be planting an outdoor garden for the summer to do maintenance on the greenhouse. I should have traditional vegetable garden produce coming when it gets established.

••My current "crop" is romaine lettuce. It looks great and tastes great, too! I'm also overflowing with eggs at the moment if you are needing any. 🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🤪

Thanks for hanging in there with me as I figure all of this out! I kind of jumped in feet first and have been learning a lot along the way. I appreciate the encouragement and support I've gotten from so many of you!!

I have had an outpouring of support for my greenhouse since I started selling produce. It has been amazing to have so many people wanting to see it succeed. I really appreciate everyone that has been keeping me busy and produce flying off the shelf! 😊
That being said, I have caught up with regular customers and have a little bit of left over produce to offer this week.

I currently have:
•8oz bags of lettuce (stuffed gallon size) $4
•6oz bags of spinach (gallon size) $3
•1lb bags of slicing/dicing tomatoes (about the size of Roma tomatoes)$4
•8oz bags of cherry tomatoes $3

If you are interested in anything, please let me know so I can get it to you as soon as possible! And if you would like to be added to my "regular customer list" that I text when your preferred produce is available, send me a message with your phone number so I can keep you up-to-date regularly.

I have 2 loaves of french bread that I made today for sale. Each of them weighs almost 2lbs (pictured on my large serving platter). These are a more dense bread that is great with soup or snacking 😉
I will also be making a softer sandwich bread this week if you are interested in that.

Thank you so much for taking the time to vote on my post about what types of produce you are interested in! It has helped me get a better idea on what more of my focus should go towards, so I can make sure I use my space efficiently.

•More spinach and cherry tomatoes are getting ready for picking, so I will let you know when they are ready to go and how much I have.

•I will also be getting some medium/large size slicing tomatoes soon, too! 🤞

•Radishes will hopefully be ready in the next couple weeks.

•I'm also playing around with the idea of offering some of my homemade bread, as well. 🤔
