Named for Walden Ridge in Tennessee’s Sequatchie Valley, this Reblochon-style cheese is less pungent, with notes of mushroom and walnuts, and a subtle earthiness.

Walden pairs beautifully with a crisp white or a slightly sweet c***r. Sub for butter on a hunk of fresh bread. Add some prosciutto for additional savory texture & flavor.
