He folks! We wanted to remind everyone again that we will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday to renovate the pipes/ceiling in the Cafe and Market. We hope to be back open Thursday but we’re waiting to see how repairs go, so thank you for bearing with us as we fix the issues in our building.

Initially the plan was to brew coffee and have the Very Cool tent out of coffee tomorrow, but as New England weather prevails with high winds—we’ve decided to have our coffee station outside on sunny Wednesday morning instead☀️

Appreciate the community support as we handle repairs, and hope to see you for a hot coffee out front on Wednesday under the “Very Cool” tent!

Hey folks..!

If you recall a few months ago we had a pipe burst that had us shut down business for the day—now the time has come to repair the pipes, and replace the ceiling of our fine establishment🛠️

So for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of next week we will be shut down for our usual hours, but will still be selling brewed hot coffee and Nitro drinks out front on Main Street from 7 AM to 1 PM roughly. We appreciate everyone being so understanding as we get out building back in good order, and hoping to be fully open by Friday, March 20th!

Thank you all for your patience by as we take care of important renovations, hope to see you this weekend at Tenney for Fire On The Mountain🔥

The Hashbrown, the HB, the potato pancake, a hashy, a country fried potato, the home fry; we all have a name for it—but the one thing we know is it belongs on your breakfast sandwich🙌🏼

Featured staff member..!

Meet Anna, one of our veteran crew members at Chase Street Market(occasionally a barista at Monte as well) who’s worked with us for the past 3.5 years. Originally from Derry, she is currently majoring in Forensic Science at PSU with minors in chemistry, criminal justice, and psychology—she’ll be graduating with her Bachelor’s this coming May.

Anna loves all the great folks she’s met and befriended while working at Chase Street, getting to work with new and old friends is one of her favorite parts of the job. Getting to live in Plymouth year round is special to Anna, as she especially enjoys how beautiful the town is and the summers here✨

Outside of work you can find her spending time with friends skiing and hiking.

Her go to sandwich is a sesame bagel with turkey, lettuce, avocado, tomato with honey mustard.

Make sure to say hey to Anna next time you’re in Chase Street and Monte Alto—she’s been a wonderful addition to the team all these years & we appreciate her✨

Meet Allison, one of our devoted staff members of the last 3 months here at Chase Street✨

Originally from Houston Texas, Allison lived most of her life there besides a 4 year stint spent in Anchorage, Alaska.

Allison is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a B.S. in Psychology, but moved up to Plymouth for PSU’s Psych Grad program in 2024.

She really enjoys working at Chase Street, and especially loves getting to know everyone on the team and chatting with our regular customers. There’s always someone to share a laugh and jokes with, working at the hub of our local community has been very special to her.

Allison appreciates that everyone in Plymouth has been so kind and welcoming to her during her first year and change in this area. She feels like everyone has each other’s backs in this community, and the weather here has been a welcome break from the Texas heat.

Outside of work you can find Allison going to concerts, playing video games, and swimming in fresh water🌊

Her go to sandwich to make for herself is a tuna sandwich on toasted white bread, with cheddar and green apples(she says don’t knock it till you try it..!)

Make sure to say hi to Allison next time you’re in Chase Street, we’ve loved having her join our crew💅🏼
