Ham dish low low carbs
Grind everything in a food processor;
Spiral ham slices
Mozzarella cheese
Parmasan cheese,
Spices (your choice)
2 eggs,
1 TBL breadcrumbs.
Spread in pan of choice.
Top with Mozzarella or cheddar 🧀 cheese
Add pepperoni..bake till cheese is melted. 😋

Homemade Thousand Island with a kick, Salad Dressing: Blend together

2 cups blended Cottage cheese (protein),
1cup buttermilk
3 hard boiled egg🥚yolks more protein,
2 tablespoons Olive oil,
1 tablespoon avacado oil,
Sriracha hot sauce, ACV,
Sweet Relish (very low sugar),
Dill pickles and juice.
Garlic, onion, powder,
Oregano, parsley, sea salt,
Pepper.
NO SEED OILS (toxic) no carb...
MAKE IT YOUR OWN .. ❤️
Enjoy...you can create your own thickness with pickle juice. Or use it for thickness or as a dip.
