As many of you know, my SIL has been dealing with serious health issues over the past few months, and she’s now in an aged care facility. It’s been an emotional time for our family, and we’re working through a lot of changes. We’re liquidating some of her items from her residence and farm as she no longer needs them, and the extra money will help cover her ongoing expenses.
We’re offering these items on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that a deposit is required to hold any item, as we won’t be home until the 22nd. If you’re a serious buyer, I will reserve the item for you once I receive your deposit and mark it as sold under your name. When I’m back home, you can come to inspect the item. If you’re happy with it, you’ll pay the balance and take it; if not, I’ll refund your deposit.
