We are looking for a reliable, consistent, and trustworthy person to join our team at The Little Blue Market.
This is a varying Monday-Saturday schedule. You will NOT work every one of these days. Typically, you will work 3–4 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours depending on scheduling with our other employees.
💰 Pay: $12/hour
This job includes, but is not limited to:
• Cashing out customers
• Stocking shelves and coolers with drinks, meat, vegetables, canned goods, and other merchandise
• Operating a deli slicer
• Cooking on the grill
• Dressing burgers and sandwiches
• Cleaning and washing dishes
• General cleaning and other day-to-day market duties
Typical hours by day:
Monday: 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
Tuesday: 10:30 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:30 AM–6:30 PM
Thursday: 10:30 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 10:30 AM–4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Again, you will NOT work every one of these days. These are simply the hours available for each day. Your schedule will typically consist of 3–4 days per week.
What we are looking for:
Consistency and dependability are REQUIRED.
We need someone who:
• Is reliable and shows up when scheduled
• Is trustworthy
• Can work independently and stay productive
• Can follow simple instructions
• Is willing and able to perform all of the tasks listed above
• Takes cleanliness seriously
• Works well with customers and coworkers
• Can start ASAP
No-call/no-shows are unacceptable. We are a small business, and when someone doesn’t show up, it directly affects the rest of the team.

Appearance & cleanliness:
• Long fingernails are not permitted due to food preparation and handling
• Hair must be worn up if it is shoulder length or longer
• Cleanliness and proper hygiene are required
