As spring approaches, hens are laying! Here is one way to stock up on extra eggs whether from your own hens or got locally. The Knoll at Holston Heritage Farm opens April 2 with fresh farm eggs and other local goodies, and local farm eggs are also at Mildred’s Spice Corner.

Registration is now open for our next IN-PERSON produce safety grower training to be held in Fayetteville. More details below.

🗓 Thursday, October 26th | ⏰ 8am-5pm
💲25 per registrant, which includes training, training materials, lunch and snacks

Participant attendance and engagement is required for the entire training/all modules in order to be eligible for PSA/AFDO Certificate of Course Completion.
