Happy Labor Day Weekend! We are open until 6pm today, closed Sunday and Monday and will reopen Tuesday morning at 9am.

Specialties: Stuffed Pork Chops, Gourmet Burgers, Ground Filet Patties and Pinwheels.
Prime Beef: New Yorks, Prime Ribeyes and Top Sirloins.
Fresh cut Beef: Bone in Ribeyes, Tri Tips, Tenderloins, Flank Steaks, Chuck Roasts and Sirloin Tip Roast.
Fresh Cut. pork: Rib Chops, Loin Chops, Country Style Ribs, Thin Sliced Pork, Boston Butts, Boneless Chops and Loin Roast.
Fresh Seafood: Salmon, Halibut, Clams, Sole and Shrimp. Available in the freezer; Lobster Tails (big and small), King Crab and Snow Crab. Sushi items: Unagi, AA Saku, Hamachi Loin, Tobiko Roe, Seaweed Salad, Calamari Salad, Wasabi and Wagyu.

Fresh seafood has arrived!!! We’ve got Halibut, Scallops, Salmon, Shrimp, Swordfish and Branzino.
Fresh Pork: Bone in Shoulder Roasts and Boston Butts.
LOCAL BEEF: Brisket, Cap Off Tri Tips, Short Ribs, Ground Beef, Sirloin Tip Roasts and Steaks, T-Bones and Tomahawks.
Fresh cut beef: Cube Steaks, Brisket, Tri Tips, Chuck Roast and Flank Steak.
PRIME Grade: Top Sirloin, Ribeyes (bone in and boneless) and New Yorks.
Specialties: Ground Filet Mignon Patties, Spicy Fajitas, 6 kinds of Pinwheels, Spicy BBQ Jalapeño Bacon and Pepperjack Cheese Gourmet Burgers, Max’s Hot Bite Poppers and Dirty Huevos (just add an egg and cook).

Tenderloin Filets, Flank Steak, Stew Meat, Cube Steaks, Ground 80/20 fresh, Ground Filet Patties and Brisket.
