Feeling adventurous? You can make tons of different types of food with meat from Farm View Pork Store!

The Korean beef pictured made a delicious (and fast) weeknight meal!

Recipe:
NY Strip or other beef sliced thin
Gochujang (Korean fermented red pepper paste - find a delicious one at )

Slice beef thin, salt, and fry in a frying pan.
Add 2 tsp (or to taste) of gochujang and allow to brown a bit.
Serve over rice with broccoli or another tasty veggie.

We are so excited to introduce our new, FULL-TIME butcher - David Wanagiel!

David, along with his wife and 3 children, are proud residents of Pompton Lakes. With over 20 years of butchering experience, David will be taking the lead at Farm View Pork Store!

He will be at the store starting Thursday, so please stop in, say hello, and join us in giving David a warm welcome.
