Nature’s Pavilion is a family-owned natural food market offering natural foods, vitamins, supplements, gluten-free options, and wellness products - with personal attention for every customer. Nature’s Pavilion founders opened our first store under the name of “Colonial Health” in Kingston, New York in 1961 with the vision of creating a neighbor-friendly marketplace for health and wellness products. We were ahead of our time in an era when not as much was known and understood about the benefits of better nutrition, so we sought to make a name for ourselves by offering an ideal shopping experience for our customers, To do that, we created a mission with three main goals that we’ve been following ever since. First, we would research, find, and sell the highest quality products from around the world that offered proven results. Second, we would share our knowledge gained with our customers and educate them about features and benefits of health foods at all times. As our number of satisfied customers grew and word of mouth about our store spread, we earned a reputation for top quality, extensive product selection, value, and unsurpassed customer service. “We are here for a healthier you” became our slogan, and it’s one that our most demanding customers feel is a strong and accurate description of what they experience in our stores. In 1997 Colonial Health expanded and we renamed ourselves Nature's Pavilion with the opening of a new store in our hometown of Kingston, New York. In 2000, Nature's Pavilion branched out with the opening of a second store in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. Over the years, we never lost sight of our original goals and we maintain our mission today as faithfully as ever. Since we believe everything we sell in our stores should improve Quality of Life, we don’t stop at nutrition and vitamin supplements. We also offer a huge selection of organic dairy products, deli cuts, frozen foods, and fresh produce to satisfy a week’s worth of shopping needs. Nature’s Pavilion has brand name cereals from Kashi, Nature’s Path, Cascadian Farm, and more. We’ve also got organic coffee, organic peanut butter cups, organic chocolate, organic pet needs, organic peanut butter, organic honey, and a wealth of organic and gluten-free baking items that are not easy to find. If you prefer environmentally conscious products, we’ve got you fully covered with non-toxic cleaning supplies as well as paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, cups, and other household items made from recycled materials.
