This summer has been a tough one for us. We've had a lot of equipment issues which has made it difficult to keep production going. So because of this, after a lot of thought, we have decided to stop our mushroom production for the time being. We hope to pick it back up again this fall.

We will not be at the Farmer's Market tomorrow. We will continue to post mushrooms as they are available.

For the first time and in a very limited supply we will have Chestnut mushrooms available! We do plan to have these more regularly, as the flavor and texture of these are amazing! They hold their shape well and do wonders in a soup, stew or just plain sauteed 😊

Thank you everyone for being patient with our technical difficulties and for stopping by to see us! It was hot and dry but we enjoyed seeing all the people at the market today.

We have ordered new genetics and will have many new varieties available in the coming weeks 😁
