Cammack's Troll Caught Cammack's Troll Caught was started in 2013. It was time t to chase the dream, and join the commercial fishing industry. In July we switch over to albacore tuna.

We fish for Chinook salmon and Pacific halibut during May and June.

Albacore from the ROSE-MARIE are now available at Sunrise Meats. $4.30/pound. These fish are of the highest quality you can buy. Blast frozen at sea to -24 degrees core temp, they are safe for sushi. You can bbq them or can them as well. FYI dock price off the boat in WP is 4 to 4.50/pound. So save the trip , support local and enjoy a premium product. Get yours soon!

Our Story

Cammack’s Troll Caught was started in 2013 by Joe Cammack. After 30 years of working in the pharmacy field, it was time to take on a new challenge. The F/V Captain Hook was purchased, and given a new life as the F/V ROSE-MARIE, named after my 2 daughters. It has been quite a ride during the first 6 years.

We fish for Chinook salmon and Pacific halibut during May/June and sell these fresh during that time. In July we switch to fishing Pacific albacore, and sell these July through the winter. The albacore are frozen at sea, and provide a great tasting product year around. It is currently available at Sunrise Meats, and at the Next Door Gastropub (as fish and chips and albacore Tataki.) We hope you get a chance to enjoy our fish!
