Today my Pawpaw would've been 98. Although this is a picture of my birthday, I wanted to share it. My dad recently found some old photos after Hurricane Harvey, and this gem was one of them. He was a special man, and will always be big in my heart. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Pawpaw Nick!

We will be open today until all boudain and sausages are sold. Boudain has been selling out as quickly as they've been making it. We are open now, though, so come by and wish my family and all the amazing employees a farewell !

Boudain will not be ready before 11:00 each day. It's literally being freshly cooked each morning. Please be patient while these hard workers get it prepared, cooked, and stuffed.

When we were kids, my Pawpaw Nick would have calendars made with pictures of the grandkids and pass them out to the customers. I still have mine hanging on my wall. (I always wondered if anyone else actually hung theirs on the wall)

Everything is first come, first served. 5lb limit on both boudain and sausages, per customer. Stuffed pork chops are selling as fast as they're being made.

No preorders, no shipping.
ALL PREVIOUS ORDERS HAD TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING DEMAND.

We close each day as we sell out, or by 7pm, whichever comes first. Final day is July 1st.

Please be patient as we try to keep up with the overwhelming demand. We appreciate your understanding due to the circumstances. We appreciate your loyalty!
