Next up for our Easter specialties is our homemade bacon. We make 3 different kinds on the premises. Our Pemeal, Canadian, and our regular double smoked bacon.

Pemeal and Canadian bacon are cured boneless pork loins, the pemeal is breaded in corn meal and is considered to be raw. Canadian bacon is a cured boneless pork loin that is smoked - it is considered to be precooked.

We have been busy preparing some of our specialty items for Easter.

This is our most popular ham. It is a double smoked semi-boneless ham. Old fashioned flavor with minimal fuss. Very easy to carve, and you can do so much with the leftovers (soup, sandwiches, ham and potato casserole etc). We sell them whole (13-15 pounds) or halves (usually 7-8 pounds).

Call to have us set one aside or stop in and pick one up!
