Sirloin is a great go-to steak for everything from a simple weeknight dinner to a full steakhouse-style meal at home. It’s lean, flavorful, and delicious cooked on the grill, cast-iron skillet, or under the broiler.

A few ideas:
• Grill it with your favorite seasoning and finish with a little garlic butter.
