We are a home owned business with local products. We have sold at the Clovis and Portales Farmers Markets for 20 years. We have now opened up an old fashioned country store with seasonal home grown produce, a variety of gormet canned goods,molasses,honey,peanut candies and all the things you miss about country living. We have roasted frozen green chile in extra hot, hot, medium,and mild, and froze

The Veggie shack is teaming up with the NMDHFMNP to provide $40 vouchers to eligible households. Vouchers are good at the Veggie Shack only on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 until 4 thru the end of November. Come by this weekend to see if you qualify! We have limited supply so hurry in!

This is the last week to get FRESH LEDBETTER GREEN CHILE. We have a few medium heat available. When it's gone we have to wait until August of 26 for the new crop!! Veggie Shack has lots of roasted, frozen chile in all four heats available. Stop by to stock up!
