Our sausages are handcrafted using recipes that have been passed down for four generations. These recipes are Gluten-free and amazingly delicious. We also have a great assortment of local and imported beer and wine to go along with your delicious sausages.

Calvin has been a member of the Ottos team for the past 6 years!
His favorite thing to eat at Otto’s is a hot dog with a hawaiin bun, molasses cookie and a soda. His favorite smoked sausage is Cajun andouille and fresh sausage is Portuguese linguisa. Calvin’s favorite memory of Otto’s as a kid was getting pepperoni sticks in his lunches at school. Calvin is an aspiring ceramic artist and has showcases through out Portland. Next time you are in - say hi to Calvin!
