Our friends on Forest Ave, are kicking off the sandwich series in celebration of Mardi Gras with the PoBagel! They’ve made us a New Orleans classic. Toasted everything bagel with chicken liver boudin, Crystal hot sauce and a crispy cheese tuile. Come get yours through Sunday!

A splendid announcement: Next week we will commence our annual guest sandwich series. Each weekend for the next few months we have teamed up with a local friend to introduce you to new bagel sandwiches and ideas. The creativity this year is astounding. Some old comrades, some new additions. Sure to be great collaborations; Friday-Sunday.

Last Saturday was such a success, and the need is so great at the moment, that we’re at it again! All profits tomorrow will be donated to , a community-powered food system rooted in tradition and built for change. We’ll also be collecting extra donations to pass along. Thanks for the support.
