Up and coming Chef that is currently attending Oregon Culinary Institute and will be graduating in April with a AA in Culinary Management. I have a small team that have come together and just want to cook and get out there and be known for great food. Once again thank you for all of the inquiries, unfortunately at this point of time we are asking a number of 75 per party or more. We would love to do small parties, however with summer here and we only operating during summer it's hard to get to the small parties. Be sure to look out for our holidays prep meals that we offer during Christmas & Thanksgiving that's more generated towards small parties and family meals...
