Meko Sauce (Sh*to) / Delights of Africa All Natural Delicious Hot Pepper Sauce with Shrimp! Delights of Africa LLC is a catering service provider in Portland, OR.

Initially we made the delicious condiment as gifts to our friends. The feedback we received was very positive. They often talked about how great the sauce tasted. They could eat it with almost everything. We are now carried in a couple of stores in the Portland area. The sauce is made from peppers, onions, ginger, tomato paste, vegetable oil and dried shrimp. Meko sauce is widely eaten in Ghana where it is known as “Sh*to”. This delicious savory condiment is usually added to meals to enhance taste. Meko sauce is our version of the widely popular savory condiment. All the ingredients are locally sourced here in Portland. Meko Sauce comes in 2 flavors, hot and mild to satisfy most palates. The mild packs the right amount of ‘zing’ for delicate palates. The hot has just enough heat so as to electrify your taste buds.
