And now, the end is near
And so we face the final curtain.
My friends, we’ll say it clear
We’ll state our love of casein, of which we’re certain.
We’ve had hearts and stomachs full,
of Brie, Cheddar, and Comte.
And more, much more than this,
We did it Steve’s way.

Today’s the day, folks. Our final day of business. There is not one morsel of cheese left in the shop, but there are a lot of odds & ends, bits and bobs to clear out of here by the end of the day. There are some screaming deals to be had. 20% off everything!!!

Hey There, Friends & Neighbors!

We’re just about out of cheese, charcuterie, wine and beer! 🤯

This is a fairly accurate representation of how much cheese we have left in the case, and it’s quite likely that every last wedge will be sold before the end of the day tomorrow!

With that in mind, our final day of business will now be Tuesday, January 19th. Keep an eye out for FB & Instagram posts about a last day fire sale on all remaining restaurant kitchen odds & ends!

Hey Y’all!
Can you believe that this is the fullest our cheese case will ever be again?

The web store has been officially retired, but we are still here in-shop waiting to send you home with delicious bits and bites. We can take phone orders for curbside pick-up as well: 503-222-6014

The way things are going, we may sell out before the 24th; but rest assured we’ll be here slinging dairy, charcuterie, wine, beer, and accoutrement until there’s nothing left.

Hello Friends & Neighbors!

While we are quickly approaching that quintessential “most wonderful time of the year,” we have to say, it’s already here for cheese lovers! Late fall & early winter are a magical time for cheese.
