The simplistic beauty within the work and preparation for living and eating well has led me on my journey of all things meat, and not coincidentally, to the birth of formerly Proletariat Butchery, now MEATSTUFF. My goal is to create a deeper sense of agrarian utilitarianism via meat provision and education on practices of slaughtering, butchering and the salting and preserving of meat. These are m

ethods to an informed and tactile means of self-provision, helping others appreciate the food we use to sustain ourselves and the earth. Embracing the delicate reciprocity of a balanced life, providing thrift and goodness for myself and assisting others with the ability to do so in their own lives. Our wine bar last Friday, Dec. 12th, was hoppin! Way more people showed up than we anticipated and exceeded our normal anticipated capacity. It was still rad, but we sincerely apologize for not meeting everyone’s expectations set forth for food and wine service that night. If you didn’t have a stellar time, please reach out to us privately so we can make it right. We NEVER want to short anybody who comes through our shop and we only want the best experience for everyone, every time! We are in the midst of growing pains and are super thankful for anyone who came out! We hope to see you next month. 🤙🏻.
