Good morning Everyone!

Summer markets are upon us, and today we start with Durham at 2:30!! But first a big New Zagros welcome to Cindy J., and Patti G.!!

Secondly, please see the schedule of markets in the bio on the home page - for June, New Zagros will only be at markets every other week, until the new kitchen is operational. Speaking of the new kitchen...
...the ovens have landed, and tomorrow I will attempt to fit them with legs and put them into position!! These are specially designed for ventless baking and have bakery depth interiors (we can bake a lot more delicious New Zagros stuff!!!!)

All the electrical work has been done, and once the ovens are hooked up and tested we can finish the building permits, and then move on to the state health inspection!!

Here is a quick glimpse of the facility - it looks disorganized, but I promise there is a plan!!

Good morning everyone!

Oh my gosh! So much is going on all at once, I will keep this short and sweet!

First order of business is to welcome Mia J., Amanda S., Andrea M., Jean S., Lynn M., Katy R., Cheryl D., Lexi W., and Christine S.!! A big, delicious and nutritious bready welcome from me and New Zagros!!

Thursday's market at Exeter is supposed to have beautiful spring weather (unlike last week - rain!!)

Ovens for the new kitchen are supposed to arrive on Tuesday, but hold your horses! There will then be weeks of getting things inspected and growing cultures in the new space, and getting acclimated to the new equipment.

For those reasons, I am still going to project the schedule that is above in the bio. Once things are up and running, we will be able to see you every week!

Three years later, it still teaches every week! The Nan Zeytoon (kalamata olive sourdough) and the whole wheat sourdough boule! Today is a good day.
