At Wiatrek’s Meat Market, we’re proud to source beef and pork from local Texas ranches right here in Wilson County. Our other boxed beef is Product of the USA, sourced through distributors we know and trust.

🥙 Mediterranean Chicken Bowls featuring Wiatrek’s Marinated Chicken! 🍗

Fresh, flavorful, and easy enough for a weeknight dinner. Wiatrek’s Fajita Marinated Chicken Thighs bring all the flavor—you just grill or air fry and build your bowl!

Ingredients:
• 1 package Wiatrek’s Fajita Marinated Chicken Thighs
• 1 cup frozen corn
• ½ onion
• 1 cucumber
• 2 Roma tomatoes
• Feta cheese
• Tzatziki
• Rice or lettuce for serving

How to make it:
1️⃣ Chop the veggies and combine.
2️⃣ Grill or air fry the fajita chicken until fully cooked.
3️⃣ Serve over rice or lettuce, add the veggies, and top with feta and tzatziki to taste!
