Thanks to everyone who has purchased from my most recent batch of jerky, Just a shout out to let you know that it is very important to me that people be critical of my jerky. By way of self critique let me tell you what I found needing some improvement in my most recent batch. I noted that I cut some of the slices too thick which results in some of the pieces of jerky being hard to chew. While this issue doesn't impact the taste, it can make it less enjoyable to consume. In future, to mitigate this issue with cuts I feel are too thick, I am going to use one of those meat tenderizing hammers to flatten it out before going to the marinade stage. Meanwhile, if you come along a very thick piece of jerky, I have found that the chewing labor is reduced if you take smaller bites. I am always looking for ways to ensure that my jerky is consistent in order to ensure a routine expectation for quality.

So, Moon Jerky production will increase in the near future. AND so this is my first "Stock Status" Which is very low as I just filled a bulk order. However in future, I expect the stock status to improve. The way this works is the first person to order via a message on this page will secure that stock. The order will then be shipped when payment is received. Small orders must be purchased in lots of two ($10), four ($20) and six ($30) after that you can order 7, 8, 9 etc. Cost is $5 a bag and shipping is included. The Address to mail your check to is:
