We want to thank all of our hunters for another successful deer season. Both locations combined took in over 1900 deer!

This year we had three drawings, one at each location and one for the youth hunt.

As we close the chapter on 2025, we're filled with gratitude and pride looking back at what our incredible team accomplished together.

Our biggest milestone this year? Becoming 100% employee-owned! 🌟

The leadership team worked tirelessly to honor our founder Andy Shaw's vision: giving the company back to the dedicated people who do the hard work every single day.

Together, our team processed over 4 million pounds of meat across multiple locations and a wide variety of species:
▪️ Poultry: chickens & turkeys
▪️ Large Animals: beef, hogs, bison, lamb, goats, emus & ostriches
▪️ Wild Game: deer, elk, wild hogs, geese, rabbits & even bear

None of this would be possible without YOU — our amazing customers. A huge thank you to over 2,600 farmers and 1,000 hunters who trusted Cypress Valley and Natural State Processing with your animals this year. Your support means the world to us.

We’ve enjoyed a busy few weeks celebrating Christmas with a party for each plant and the leadership team, and today's event concluded the festivities with our outstanding team.

We were invited to join Scott Harness & The Element this week and give out deer meat to the community of Clarendon and it was an incredible day.

Thank you to Arkansas Hunters Feeding the Hungry & all the deer hunters who’ve donated- this is a small glimpse of the impact every pound donated has.

We’re proud of our leaderships commitment to create a meaningful long lasting future for our employee-owners.

The National Provisioner’s 2024 Independent Processor of the Year Cypress Valley Meat Company has transitioned to an employee ownership model through the formation of an Employee Ownership Trust.

This marks the creation of the first Employee Ownership Trust in the state of Arkansas, and more specifically, makes this the first EOT within the meat processing community.
